Step 2 – Choose How to Order

Step 3 – How Riding Chip Arrives
Delivered in large bulk bags (~2m tall and ~750kg per bag).
Each bag includes lifting eyes for safe handling by forklift, telehandler, or tractor.
Bags can be stored on site until you’re ready to spread the surface.
Being bagged makes installation easier — the material can be distributed evenly across your arena.
Step 4 – Delivery & Lead Times

When placing your order, you can request a
preferred delivery date. -
We’ll confirm haulage and update you by email as delivery approaches.

Drivers are asked to call ahead with an estimated arrival time
so you can prepare to offload.
Step 5 – Delivery Vehicles & Offloading
Delivered via 44-tonne articulated lorry – carries up to 22 bags; requires wide access and turning space.
Polite note: Unless agreed otherwise, offloading is the customer’s responsibility. You’ll need suitable equipment such as a forklift, telehandler, or tractor with loader.
