How to install Riding Chip
Installing your new Riding Chip surface is quick, simple, and requires no specialist skills or equipment. Follow these four easy steps and your arena will be ready to ride the same day.
Step 1: Position the Bags Around the Arena
Using a telehandler or similar machinery, place the bulk bags of Riding Chip evenly around the arena. Use the lifting eyes on each bag to dot them at roughly equal distances, making spreading easier and faster.
Step 2: Empty the Bags
Split or tip each bag to release the contents directly where you want them. The tall, strong bulk bags are designed for easy emptying with no mess or fuss.

Step 3: Spread and Level
the Surface
Spread the Riding Chip evenly across the arena until it’s level throughout. Ideally and for best results, use an excavator.
