The Competition
These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on the Equipro Surfaces website at equiprosurfaces.co.uk (the “Website”).
Competitions are skill-based and require an entry fee. Each participant (“Entrant”) must correctly answer a question set by the Promoter (the “Competition Question”) to enter.
How to Enter
The competition runs from the specified opening to closing dates on the Website (“Opening Date” and “Closing Date”). All times are in London, England.
The Promoter reserves the right to change these dates if necessary. Any changes will be updated on the Website.
Entries must be received by the specified time on the Closing Date. Late entries are disqualified without refunds.
The maximum number of entries per competition is listed on the Website. Entry limits may apply if the maximum is reached.
To enter:
- Visit the Website and view the Competition Question.
- Complete and submit the online entry form.
- Purchase the required number of entries.
- Submit your answer to the Competition Question.
Entries must be in English. Non-English entries are disqualified without refund.
The Promoter will confirm receipt of your entry but is not responsible for incomplete, lost, or delayed entries due to technical failures.

Free Entry

- Address
- Contact telephone number and email address
- Full competition title
- Your answer to the Competition Question
Each free entry must be sent separately. Bulk entries are considered a single entry.
Free entries must be received 48 hours before the Closing Date. Late entries are disqualified.
Entrants must have a valid account with details matching those on the submission. Non-compliant entries are invalid.
The Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of free entries.
If paid entries reach the limit before receiving your free entry, it will not be entered into the draw.
Choosing a Winner
Entries received 48 hours before the Closing Date are eligible. Late entries are disqualified.

Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents (including Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over, excluding:
- Employees of the Promoter
- Employees of agents or suppliers involved in the competition
- Immediate families or households of the above
By entering, you confirm your eligibility. The Promoter may require proof of eligibility. Failure to provide it may result in disqualification.
The Promoter does not accept automatically generated or incomplete entries and reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate the competition’s spirit.
Entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including:
- Discovering ineligibility after entering
- Eligibility criteria changes after entering
- Disqualification for any reason
Entrants can enter as many times as allowed until the maximum entries are reached. Free entries must be submitted separately.
The Prize
The prize is described on the Website (“Prize”). Details are accurate at the Opening Date but subject to availability. The Promoter may substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
The Promoter makes no warranties about the Prize or information on the Website. The Prize may be supplied by a third-party (“Supplier”), detailed on the Website.
The Promoter may offer a cash alternative if:
- The Prize becomes unavailable
- Other reasonable circumstances arise
The Prize is non-negotiable and non-transferable.
Winners
The Promoter’s decision is final. Winners’ full names will be announced during the live draw. To censor your name, email: info@equipro.org.uk before the draw.
Winners will be contacted via the provided email. If unreachable or unclaimed within 21 days, the Promoter may offer the Prize to another eligible Entrant.
The Promoter must publish winners’ surnames and numbers on the Website to ensure a valid award. If you object to this, email: info@equipro.org.uk before the Closing Date. The Promoter must still provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
Claiming the Prize
The Prize must be claimed personally and not on behalf of another. Delivery details are on the Website.
Update the Promoter of any personal detail changes via email to info@equipro.org.uk, including competition details, old, and new information. Changes close to the Closing Date will not affect delivery attempts.
Cash Prizes will be transferred to the winner’s bank account, requiring proof of ownership. Failure to provide it within 21 days results in disqualification and the Prize offered to another Entrant.
The Promoter is not liable for unclaimed Prizes.
Limitation of Liability
The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death resulting from the Prize, except for negligence by the Promoter or its employees. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Data Protection and Publicity
By entering, you consent to the Promoter using your personal information to administer the competition, as detailed in the Privacy Policy on the Website.
Winners agree to the use of their name, image, and residence for announcement purposes. Refusal to participate in publicity must be communicated before the Closing Date. This will not affect your chance of winning.
Further personal information may be required to confirm eligibility and transfer the Prize. You may request details on how your information is used or withdraw consent, forfeiting the Prize.
Requests to remove personal details from the database withdraw you from the competition with no entry fee refund.
General
The Promoter may amend these terms and conditions, with the latest version on the Website.
Suspected breaches of these terms may result in exclusion from the competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend competitions if necessary.
Competitions are not sponsored or endorsed by Facebook.
These terms are governed by English law. Print a copy for your records.
Anti-Money Laundering Policy

A designated Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) will report suspicious activities.
Equipro Surfaces will:

- Investigate complex transactions
- Prohibit anonymous accounts and underage players
- Process payments through approved methods only
- Terminate accounts providing false information
